What is a Women's Circle?
In ancient times, women from the same community would gather on the nights of the new moon to welcome their sacred blood.
With their cycles in synchrony, they shared these moments of intimacy under the mysterious red tents. It was there that their knowledge, secrets, and feminine wisdom were passed from one woman to another.
Today, inspired by these ancestral practices, Women's Circles are sacred spaces to reconnect with our emotions, life experiences, and weave our stories with those of our sisters.

How does a Women's Circle take place?
In an Aguidée Women's Circle, you are welcomed into the heart of a sacred space where flowers and crystals intertwine, where kindness and listening take precedence, and where you are invited to open your heart.
Placed in a circle, alongside about ten participants, you pass the talking stick, allowing your experiences as women to intersect, recognize, and reveal themselves. Nothing is more surprising than the words you let escape, those you didn’t even know you had, those that transcend into truth.
Presentation of astral energies, harmonization meditation, introspective and creative rituals, empowerment chants: you embark on a journey to meet the hidden, concealed, secret self in order to rediscover yourself.
